The Duo 15 S218 combines a pair of 215V Main monitor cabinets, with a pair of DSP3 3-way amplifier modules with integrated DSP, and a pair of Dual 18″ Subwoofer cabinets into a fully integrated cost-effective three way main monitor system.
The Augspurger® Duo 15V (Vertical) Active DSP main monitor system represents the culmination of Augspurgerʼs renowned cabinet and horn design, with our experience in custom main monitor construction and systems integration.
The Duo system incorporates a pair of dual 15” drivers with a compression driver feeding a hardwood horn in a DʼAppolito array for precise imaging and optimal phase coherency. The cabinet features Augspurger’s® proprietary drivers, which are the result of years of design, field testing and refinement. The end result is a system that is extremely accurate and linear, while providing power and impact like no other monitoring system.
The Active DSP is matched to the specific drivers, and adjustments can be made to compensate for deficiencies or room modes. The system can be precisely tuned to your roomʼs exact profile by one of our room tuning experts, or with the user software running on your PC.
The system is powered by a custom electronics package that features 3850W multi-channel power per side (2500W to each side subwoofers, 1000W to each side 15” drivers, and 350W to each side compression horn), and incorporates an integrated DSP processor that provides active crossover, equalization, limiting and delay for driver alignment and phase correction. The Active DSP is matched to the specific drivers, and adjustments can be made to compensate for deficiencies or room modes. The system can be precisely tuned to your roomʼs exact profile by one of our room tuning experts, or with the user software running on your PC.
THREE-WAY SYSTEM
(2) Two-way vertical main monitor cabinets loaded with two 15” LF drivers and one 4’’ high compression driver with beryllium diaphragm on an Augspurger-designed solid maple wood horn.
(2) Subwoofer cabinets with two 18” sub drivers each.
(2) SXE-3D three-way Class D networkable amplifiers (2500W, 1000W & 250W) with Active DSP providing crossover, limiting, driver alignment and system equalization & control software, rack-mounted 2U.

Returns
